Sunset On Sungei. Singapore. Sunset On Sungei is my piece of art that encapsulates the best and worst of our modern society. It is a futile SOS sent out to all to contemplate on the importance of saving the soul of the past through my use of materials upcycled from our infamous Sungei Road Thieves’ Market which as stood for over 80 years but now the land it stood on is slated for redevelopment.
